Although world renowned for his “Discover the Fire Within” Fire Walk Team build experience, ever so popular with YPO, David’s favorite suggested team building experience evolves around an assimilated SAR – Search & Rescue Mission. This safe, fun and highly interactive experience provides an exceptional platform for developing a leader’s ability to plan, execute and debrief at increased levels of proficiency. It also rapidly and effectively creates awareness of the quality of communication and collaboration existing in your team while enhancing your team’s ability to function under pressure as a unified force. This experience can be facilitated in a variety of domains for example right inside your conference room, the gardens of your conference hotel, at your business premise or out in nature. We provide two way radios, professional rescue stretcher etc. and for advanced experiences we could even discuss the inclusion of technical rescue rope work.
